We are a small retreat establishment and are forced to maintain a strict payment and cancellation policy as follows:
A 50% deposit on the total accommodation amount is required if booked 11 or more days prior to arrival. The full balance is due 10 days prior to arrival.
100% payment is required if booked 10 or less days before arrival.
Payments can be arranged via credit card through our reservation widget, or you could contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org should you prefer to do a bank transfer. The balance of payment prior to arrival will be communicated with you via email at which point you can elect to have the payment done on the given credit card or by bank transfer.
- Bookings cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival will incur a fee of 50 Euros with deposit returned either by credit card refund, if possible, or by bank transfer.
- Bookings cancelled between 30 and 11 days prior to arrival will incur a 50% fee on the total amount of the booking
- Cancellations received 10 or less days before arrival will incur a 100% cancellation fee on the total amount of the booking.
- No-Show: 100% cancellation fee on the total amount of booking.

Check in: 12 noon; Check-out 10am.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability, and acceptance of this policy with an hourly fee of Euro 25 will apply. The earliest check-in will be 8:30am.
In any event the hotel should be notified of your request as early as possible. Early check-in fees are payable directly to us upon arrival and Late Check-out should be arranged and paid for 24 hours before departure.
A copy of your passport and credit card is required on check-in. This is standard practice.
All other charges incurred with us must be settled in full by cash or credit card prior to your departure. If you are departing before 9am please make arrangements to settle your account the night before.
